i love intimacy
what is the thing that inspires me the most? No shame in saying, it is the feeling of human bodies intertwined with each other. It is the rhythm. The heavy breathing. The whispering in the ears. The licking. The kisses. The pushing up and down and forward and backward. It transcends every boudaries. You're never as close to someone as having them inside you, or being inside of them. Never.

The marvel of human body
I love the human body. It's magical. It's weird how a touch on the body can bring so much sensation.
I drew these figures without the faces, because I felt like their bodies emoted more than facial expressions. Every curve hints a story. Like, the hungry fingers linger on the trembling shoulders. Or the slapping on the butt. Is this bending over showing submission or pure passion? When I make these sketches I feel the bodies move beyond the limit of my skills.

Raw sensual desires makes good inspo
Name: Scarlett body
Medium: Oil pastels on newspaper
This drawing was done quickly on a newspaper I snatched from my father. Oil pastels on newsprint are underrated - the rough surface, the fragile paper, the joy of drowning printed letters in color. It’s a feeling no blank canvas can match.
The piece shows a simple figure of a woman enjoying herself, a canal opening from the inside out, a playful sketch of desire, a way of connecting with the world through pleasure.

Fetishes are gateway to the underground of sensual desires
Name: Ngước (Look up)
Medium: Digital
I’ve always been inspired by artists who dive into the raw sensual desires of humans - many of them Japanese. Their works balance dark humor, traditional materials, and a modern gaze, creating something both unsettling and irresistible.
This piece was my attempt to step into that darker space of sexual fetishes. I gravitate toward compositions built from bold color blocks: clean, streamlined visuals that leave space for small details to tell the story. The leash came later, added as an alternate version, pushing the image further into that charged territory.
What satisfies me most, though, is the woman’s face. Her wide gaze conveys comfort in a position that might appear submissive; her loose lips become a symbol of desire; and her smile unsettles, blurring the line between hunted and hunter. I love staring at that face. It holds the whole tension of the piece.

Traditional artworks inspire modern works
Name: Ain't No Shame series
(The Beach Knew What We Did Last Summer/ Morning Would/ Siesta/ Wet Dream)
Medium: Digital
Speaking of Japanese erotic art - I once stumbled on a book about Shunga in a vintage art bookstore, and the moment I saw it, I knew it was meant for me. Shunga depicts sex and intimacy in the most unapologetic, bold, and tender ways. It’s often mistaken as simply Japanese porn, but in truth it was closer to a guide to a healthy sex life, while also reflecting the moral values of its time around love, desire, and relationships.
Inspired by that book, I recreated four Shunga pieces with a modern twist. Each one borrows the original composition and a similar palette, but with new characters. It’s my homage to an art form that refuses to see intimacy as shameful, instead honoring it as a natural, beautiful part of living.

Intimicy goes beyond sexual. It's a genuine connection.
Name: Hugging Goodbye
Medium: Digital
This is one of my most personal and emotional works. It’s born from a mix of muscle memory and wishful thinking, merging into an image that lived in my head. I used free, running lines to shape the two bodies - a trembling sensation, like the shiver of pleasure and the ache of knowing it’s the last time together.
Red, as always, speaks as my voice. The piece is undeniably about sexual intimacy, but for me, the deepest intimacy lies in the embrace - the simple act of holding onto one another.

Intimacy opens a void where time slows down
Name: Golden Hour
Medium: Watercolor
I love how watercolor runs across paper, the way light spills and fills a space. For the smoke rising from the pot, I tore pieces of paper and layered them, letting the texture lift it off the background. It became the only moving element in an otherwise still scene - two figures kissing, sharing an intimate moment in the kitchen.
Self-intmacy is the ultimate intimacy
Name: I think she loves herself
Medium: Digital
Speaking of intimacy - it isn’t always between people, and it isn’t always sexual. Sometimes it’s about self-intimacy. I made this piece after a long period of self-doubt, body-image struggles, and relationship insecurities. Reclaiming self-love came with tears, but it was worth it. After all, who will love us more than ourselves? And if we can’t, that’s the deepest sadness of all.
I grew up resisting the idea of becoming a woman. I clung to the image of myself as a girl, because “woman” felt too heavy, too burdened with cultural weight. It took years of care and growth to finally embrace womanhood, and to learn to love myself in this form. In the piece, my figure stands alone in the dark, yet she leans into her own tenderness - the quiet intimacy of a woman loving herself.
